| Living in mud under salmon cages off Shuna Isle. Record not confirmed. One valve found off Ballycastle and two off Rathlin Island (Chaster, 1897b & c) originally as Montacuta donacina (identified by P G Oliver). Recorded from Lough Swilly in 6-25m by Jeffreys (1881a), possibly fossil, probably also Devonia perrieri [not mapped]. |
