| Widespread but sparse, few specimens found living and feeding on Chaetomorpha spp. or Vaucheria spp. in enclosed brackish waters and lagoons or on saltmarsh. Recorded from the brackish lochs of North Uist (Nicol, 1936a). Allen (1962) reported it found on Zostera marina. |
