| Living on White Strip Bank in 1971, off Rubh' Re and in muddy sand in 55m off Loch Torridon in 1988 (D W McKay). Living on the Hebrides Terrace. Jeffreys (1866, 1867) recorded it from the Inner Sound and Sound of Sleat, as did Marshall (1897a). Dead shells widespread but not common, in the Minches and southwest of the Outer Hebrides. |
