| Living in muddy shell gravel in 25m in the Firth of Lorn in 1983 (Smith, 1984a), off Bach Island in a Modiolus modiolus bed in 120m in 1982 (R Harvey) and off Oban in 1993. Also found living by Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (NI), off Larne. Fresh dead shells widespread but sparse. Many old records. |
