| Living off the Shiant Isles in 70m in 1969 (R Preece), in coarse shell gravel and maerl at two sites off Tiree in 1981 (Smith, 1983a, 1983c), west of the Hebrides (BGS) and on the Hebrides Terrace in 400m in 1982. Dead shells rare. Recorded by Marshall (1897a) from off Barra. Several old Clyde records. |
