| Living off Skye (D W McKay), in shell gravel in 32m in Loch Etive in 1992 and around Oban in shallower water in 1979 (O Paisley), 1992 (Killeen & Smith, 1992) and 1994 and in Loch Creran, 1994. Also at Kames Bay, Cumbrae in 1955 (Clark & Milne, 1955). This record has not been checked. Dead shells rare. |
