| Common, living in cavities under Lithothamnion glaciale in exposed rock pools, under boulders low on the shore, amongst Clathrina coriacea. Inshore and offshore to deep water in shell gravel, inside old shells. Dead shells widespread, found down to below 400m. Many old records. |
