Recorded from off Sutherland in fish stomachs (Marshall, 1879a), who was highly dubious about this record. Living in Inchmarnock Basin, mouth of Loch Fyne (Hoyle, 1890). Fossils are common in glacial clays around the Argyllshire coasts and may be found loose upon the shore. |
