Length: 1.6 mm

One living, in fine sand inside a dead whelk shell, west of Barra in 1983. In shellsand on Colonsay (Street, 1995). One dead shell found in shellsand in Donegal in 1989 (Nunn, 1990b). Recorded by Marshall (1914a) from Benbecula Sound, 20m and by Chaster (1897b) from Rathlin Island.
