One dead shell found on the strandline on the west coast of South Harris in 1977. Found on the strandline at Whiting Bay, Arran in 1993 (J E Phorson). Recorded by Jeffreys (1867) from the Hebrides, by Marshall (1913a) off Loch Ryan and from Rathlin Island by Chaster (1897a).
