Fairly common living amongst red algae at low water, also under boulders low on the shore. Probably under-recorded inshore, as it has been recorded elsewhere, and it is known to go deeper (found on sponges in 70-80m off Co Mayo). Dead shells not uncommon on the strandline. Old records from the Clyde. |
